We offer a plethora of classes to fit every interest, skill level, curiosity, and motivation. With lots of days and times to choose from, we try to ensure a spot for everyone to have a chance to come and try the first class for free to see which class interests them the most.
Boxing
No experience needed! We are here to offer a coed class as well as a women’s only class. No contact sparring. These classes will focus on proper technique, stance, footwork, coordination, combinations, and conditioning. This is a fun and inclusive class for people of all skill levels and a love for making cardio fun.

Kid’s Jiu Jitsu
Our kid’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are designed to teach self-defense, discipline, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Kids learn fundamental techniques, improve coordination, and build focus-all while developing respect for themselves and others. It’s a great way for children to stay active, gain confidence, learn, and become part of a positive team culture. Parents always welcome to observe.

Strength Revolution
Jumpstart your day with our high energy, fast paced, and fun morning circuit class. This full body workout combines strength training with cardio intervals to boost endurance, burn fat, and help build muscle. Using weights, bodyweight exercises, and heart pumping movements, each session keeps you moving and motivated. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Adult Gi Jiu Jitsu
This class is designed to meet the needs of all levels of students. Whether you are just beginning or if you have been training for some time, we are able to scale each lesson to provide the right level of training for each person. Students will build confidence, improve fitness, and learn practical self-defense skills while developing a solid base in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu principles. No experience necessary.

Kids Boxing
This class is a fun, safe, and structured program to help teach children the basics of boxing, while promoting discipline, confidence, and safety. Kids will learn proper footwork, technique, and combinations at an age appropriate level. Parents always welcome to observe.

Women’s Only Self Defense/Jiu Jitsu
This class was created to give women a safe and less intimidating space to empower them to stay confident in real life situations. We learn how to recognize threats, set boundaries, and defend against common attacks. This supportive class will roll into two sections and you do not have to attend one section to be able to be a part of the other. We welcome you whenever you would like.

Muay Thai
Coach Mark teaches a fun, cardio filled, kick filled class to teach proper ways to use your body to its full potential. With a mix of kicking, blocking, and punching, he is able to help create combinations that are fun and engaging while also being a workout.

One on One training (or partner training) is a way to learn and build confidence in a less intimidating space. This is a way to work towards your goals and ask questions in a more personal situation to help accelerate your progress.
